Davenport & Associates, with headquarters in White Plains, NY, is a financial services firm specializing in retirement wealth strategies for high net worth couples. Clients are recruited through seminar presentations at upscale restaurants and invited to social events that reflect client values and interests.
NetSage was engaged to upgrade client recruitment and retention. We significantly upgraded all print collateral materials and managed multiple direct mail campaigns to this targeted audience, directing the entire process from customized print design to mail drop and lead delivery. We also planned and implemented twice-yearly client events. The success of the program led to significant client growth, enabling Davenport & Associates to open a second office in Norwalk, CT one year later.
