TTS Systems was a custom software developer to Fortune 50 companies, a portal and web site designer principally for manufacturers, and a web hosting company for small to mid-size businesses. The company is headquartered in St. Charles, IL with a second office in Newtown, CT.

NetSage Marketing was engaged to refocus the company in order to increase profitability. Once core competencies and profit centers had been successfully identified, it was agreed to transition available resources to TTS System’s core product, OrderMaxx. Such a move required a reordering of staffing priorities, a redefinition of job functions, a clear prioritization of tasks, development of a standard software package with add-on enhancements, development of sales collateral, and development of an in-house sales team working from a single, physical location. After this complex transition was under way, monthly reporting has shown significant revenue gains.
